When Mediatakeout.com published pictures of Saved By The Bell actress, Lark Voothies this week the article sparked comments of shock and concern over the change in the 38 year olds appearance. Lark played Lisa Turtle in the popular 90’s teen high school comedy.

As you can see from the pictures above and left, Lark’s face looks more lighter and puffed out now than in the photo with her former cast members. Even in the Method Man and Redman comedy movie How High 2001 Lark was still easily recognisable. Some comments on Mediatakeout.com suggested cosmetic procedures such as botox, fillers, and facial peels and/or bleaching caused the change which (in not my words) has damaged her pretty looks. Other comments argued that bad make up (-sack that make-up artist NOW!) or a skin allergy were to blame.

In the celebrity world its common knowledge that stars have nip, tucks and tweaks to “preserve” their youthfulness. If Lark is one of those ‘victims’, hopefully she’ll stop before she becomes a plastic tragic like the late Michael Jackson and the totally reworked Lil’ Kim.
